THE ARTIST
Eva Lenz-Collier has been doing what she loves all her life.
In her work, the graphic designer, painter and visual artist pursues a passion for art made from partial elements and fragments, a fascination with constant growth in imperfection.

Focused on the beauty of blemish, she followed her penchant for craftsmanship and, as an autodidact, arrived at Kintsugi through collage and assemblage.
Fascinated by the philosophy of Wabi-Sabi and carried by a long love for Japanese design, she found in Kintsugi the appreciation of the transient, the aged and shimmering perfection of the patina.
'And, us thinking about rising luck
We would sense affection that almost dismays us
When something that is joyful falls' (Rilke)
